Who this covers

This policy covers the LJM2 General Contracting website and its estimate request form. The business is LJM2 LLC, based in Grand Chute, Wisconsin, serving homeowners throughout Wisconsin.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, project type, Wisconsin project town or address, timeline, budget range, expected funding source and a description. You may also attach project photos.

Please do not upload identification documents, insurance-policy or claim documents, financial account details, or anything unrelated to the project.

Why the details are requested

LJM2 asks for these details to review the project and respond to your estimate request. They are not sold, rented or used for advertising, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Estimate requests are read by Mandou Gaye, the owner of LJM2. They are not shared outside the business, except where a project goes ahead and a detail is needed to carry out the work, or where the law requires disclosure.

The website does not show a confirmation unless the delivery service accepts your submission. If you do not see one, the request did not reach us, and calling is the reliable alternative.

Website and form providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes the ordinary technical information any web server receives, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to serve the pages.

Estimate requests, including any photos you attach, are delivered by Formspree, which passes them to the business email address below and stores a copy in the LJM2 account while the request is being handled.

These two providers are the only processors of information from this website.

Analytics and browser storage

No third-party analytics provider is configured, and the website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Session storage is used for interface behaviour only, including the first-visit introduction and project navigation, and it is cleared when you close the tab.

How long details are kept

Estimate requests are kept while your project is active and for two years afterwards, so that warranty questions and follow-up work can be handled properly. After that they are deleted, along with any photos attached to them.

Requests that do not lead to a project are kept for two years from the date they were sent, then deleted.

Asking for a copy or deletion

You can ask what LJM2 holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time and at no cost. Email or call using the details below and the request will be handled within thirty days. Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be kept for an active project, a warranty obligation or a legal requirement, and in that case you will be told which applies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it.
