Grand Chute is home. It is the shortest trip we make, and it is the centre of the area we cover — Appleton is next door, and the rest of the Fox Valley is a short drive out. Remodels, exteriors and new construction, managed the same way wherever the job is.
Appleton, Wisconsin
Appleton borders our base in Grand Chute, and two of the projects on this site are here: a duplex where both units and the full exterior were rebuilt, and a house built from the ground up. Both were run start to finish by LJM2, with one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the last.
Neenah, Wisconsin
Neenah sits south of Appleton on Lake Winnebago. Our project here was a full exterior renovation — painted brick, a new concrete approach and finished landscaping — the kind of job that changes how a house reads from the street without touching the structure.
